Bev has used her consulting experience in the private, public and volunteer sectors for over 30 years offering a wide range of consulting services. She served fifteen years as the Director of Organization and Management Development for McKesson Corporation. Before joining McKesson, she worked as a both an internal and external consultant. She brings clarity, focus, integrity and a sense of purpose to her work.

Her current focus is creating her own Third Act as well as supporting others over 50 to design the next stage of their lives with meaning, fulfillment and fun. Bev offers Third Act coaching and weekend workshops. She also offers coaching to organizational leaders and internal and external consultants.

Patricia Cavanaugh, MFT

Patricia has been counseling since 1984. She is a graduate of the Transpersonal Counseling Program at John F. Kennedy University. She has a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and is a licensed Marriage Family Therapist MFT 29882. Patricia has completed advanced supervisory training and has supervised both interns and trainees.

From the mid 70’s to the mid 80’s Patricia was instrumental in the development and implementation of the workshop “Money and You” and the “Burklyn Business School” in collaboration with Marshall Thurber.

For the past 25 years Anna has practiced as a consultant and executive coach. She brings to her practice a powerful combination of strategic business perspective, deep understanding of individual behavior and cross-industry experience. Prior to establishing her consulting firm in 1988, she held several internal organizational, management development and career counseling positions in the UK and US. Her line management experience includes serving as an executive with Ernst & Young’s consulting practice and as a partner with Global Accelerator, an international consulting and investment firm supporting high technology start-ups. In 2005 she co-founded Ewins & Winby, a boutique consultancy focusing on Organization Effectiveness and Leadership Development.

Anna has been an adjunct professor with JFK University and the California School of Professional Psychology. She has also served as faculty for professional development courses such as Stanford University’s Continuing Education program. Her professional preparation includes counseling and group dynamics training. She holds a Ph.D. in Psychology and a B.Sc. in Life Sciences.
