Dorene Mahoney, MA, SPHR

Dorene is an executive/career coach and management consultant in human resources issues. She has spent three decades guiding organizations and individuals through times of change and uncertainty. Combining practical business experience with an understanding of the creativity that exists untapped in each of us, Dorene helps her clients bring forth new confidence and innovative possibilities for action.

Dorene’s business experience includes executive-level roles in human resources and customer service, as a director on non-profit boards, management consultant in HR and organizational design, national seminar presenter, recruiter, career counselor, and executive coach. Advanced education in psychology has given her an understanding of human behavior and the growing need in each of us for meaning and authenticity in our work.

Now, as Principal of StepWell Coaching, Dorene uses expert skill in intuitive listening and asking insightful questions to unravel complex and multi-layered problems with clients, whether they are of an organizational or personal career level.

Theodore H. Scott

Ted Scott’s major area of work has been assisting leaders, teams, boards and organizations to grow through change and transition while remaining responsive to guiding spirit and core values. He has worked with both for-profit and non-profit organizations. Ted has an M.A. in organization studies from New York University, where he has completed Ph.D. course work in adult development and organization effectiveness.

Currently he is affiliated with Compass Point Non-Profit Services as a consultant in the area of Executive Transitions.
